What is the waiting time for Parents (migrant) visa under subclass 103 and subclass 143?

Hi...i am the holder of permanent residency in Australia and want to permanently sponsor my parents so they can move to Australia to live with me. They are Indian citizens. How much time would it take for them to get their visa under the category - Parent (Migrant) (Subclass 103) visa? Also, how much time would it take for them to get their visa under the category - Contributory Parent (Migrant) Visa (Subclass 143)? Thanks.
