A friend has Parkinsons and is considering moving to OZ to be near family how would she get on?
She is able to pay for her own carer's if needed, just wondering if she would be allowed to come to OZ with this condition, thanks in advance

Is your friend a NZ citizen? If so, there is no barrier to Kiwis with health problems moving to Australia (Tuberculosis is the exception to this). However, Kiwis aren't able to get disability and carer payments from the government so this can be quite a draw back for many people with existing health conditions. It sounds like your friend is well-equipped to look after herself though.
