If we move to australia and my baby is 8 months old, when my baby can apply for australian permanent resident please?
My friend told me, when my baby is 10 years old, she can apply for australia permanent resident? Is it true?

Your baby should be eligible to become a permanent resident if you become an Australian Permanent Resident. Just living in Australia does not confer Australian permanent resident status, nor does the SCV (which most kiwis are issued). Look at http://www.immi.gov.au
