How can I find out if I'm eligible to move to Australia if I have previous police records?
Just wondering: I'm a New Zealand citizen and have been living overseas for a year. How can I find out if i'm eligible to move to Australia if I have previous police records with the New Zealand government?

To find out whether or not you'll be allowed into Australia with your police record, you can fill out this consent form from the Australian High Commission: http://www.australia.org.nz/wltn/VisaFAQ.html#criminal
They will look over your history and make a decision on whether or not you can enter Australia to live and work.
