My son born in Austraila at 1998 and he was birth registry but after 5 months we went back to Philippines. Is an entitle to acquire Australian Citizenship

Yes if he was born in Australia he is entitled to citizenship

My son was born in Australia in 2001. Since none of his parents are Australian citizens, I was told that he's not entiteled to citizenship.
