Can my ex stop me from moving to Australia if we have a son together?
He has no contact with our son and does not pay child support so how can he stop me?

how old is your child? there is a question about this further up from where this question is. unless you have sole custody and there is a protection order against the father of the child, i think you do need his permission - however, check out the answer a few questions up from this one and there is a clearer, confirmed answer. i am sorry that you and your child are in that situation and wish you both all the best with everything and hope you are able to move forward to Oz without headache complications.
