My American fiancee, who has had a past criminal record (although minor), wants to marry me.
My fiancee had a domestic matter with his sister, and it got heated. He was sentenced to 2 years in jail. He is not a violent man, normally...he works hard and is a good person.
Our question is: How does he go about migrating to Australia, so we can finally get married and live here?

I've heard it's difficult to get a visa with more than 1 year in prison, so I would definitely suggest speaking to a migration agent about this.
