I've been living in Australia for 19+ years. How can I obtain proof of my SVC visa to confirm I am a permanant resident?

If you arrived here before 2001 you are automatically eligible to apply for Australian citizenship. You can do this here: http://www.citizenship.gov.au/current/proof_of_citizenship/
Alternatively, you can apply for evidence of your permanent residence status here: www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/164.pdf
