I have applied for Australian Permanent residency. Can I move out of my country to some other country while my application is under process?

Probably, but there is a chance it may slow things down as it will mean your contact details will need to be updated on the application and you may need additional police checks from the country you move to. I would advise speaking to a migration agent about this, as it could potentially complicate the process for you.
