Can I move to Australia if I have a criminal record in Canada from 2001 of dangerous driving & over 80 alcohol?
In 2001 I was found guilty of dangerous driving & over 80, so I went to court, paid my fine and a couple of months later returned back home. Now I would like to obtain a skilled migration visa to Australia. Could I be rejected because of this?

yes, as long as you did not get more than 12 months in prison.
