Permanent residency for Kiwi kids

As a Kiwi working and living in Australia but not eligible for permanent residency, will my two Kiwi children of 10 and 12 ever be eligible to apply for permanent residency? And if so, how would they go about it?

Hi there, They would have to go through the usual process of applying for one of the permanent residence visas. If you are not eligible, then they will probably have to wait until they are older so they can go for one of the work visas. If you were eligible and applied, they could get PR under your visa I believe.

I would suggest calling Australia Immigration to find out more about this though :)
