Wanting short term accommodation in Brisbane
Where would be a good place to look for accommodation in Brisbane for a month while we get our stuff sorted that doesn't cost the earth?

Hi Penny,
Have you tried http://www.not1night.com.au? We found this a good place to find cheap accommodation. Got an apartment in Melbourne for about AU$65/night for 2 weeks, so I'm sure you'll be able to find something good for a month.
