My husband and I are in our 50s and are planning to move to Brisbane. What happens when we reach retirement age - can we get the pension in Australia that we would get as of right in NZ at age 65? We are NZ citizens.

yes you can. but only pension after 65 or 67 whatever the retirement age is in OZ.
