I've got a baby with Australian citizenship - can I get mine?
I'm on a student visa and I need to know what to do to get Australian citizenship so that I can stay near my baby.

you have to live in aus for 2 years to apply for PR - permanent residency (this doesn't affect kiwi citizenship)- then after 4 years total living in aus you can apply to become an australian citizen (again, this doesnt affect kiwi citizenship)
