I am moving to Brisbane as a year 11 student at the end of the year from SA.

So I am in south Australia going to finish year 11 in December this year. I am going to be moving at the end of the year to brisbane. How do i transfer schools? Will i still be able to get my ATAR? Will i need to redo year 11? What schools should i try to move into. I need!
