Is a Diploma of Teaching (ECE) recognised in Queensland?

I hold a Diploma of Teaching (ECE) in NZ and full registration. Can anyone tell me if this would be valid in Queensland? And if so what kind of jobs i could look at applying for and what the pay would be like, thanks
