Is it more difficult to move to Australia from the U.S.?

I am a U.S. Citizen, and I am looking to move to Australia. I have seen many questions concerning Kiwis wanting to go to Australia; but none for Americans. So, I want to know if there are any extra measures I have to take or any qualifications I will need for citizenship. Ty in advance! :^)
