I am a New Zealand Permanent Resident, can I work in Australia Indefinitely?
Do I have to wait for my Citizenship in New Zealand to go to Australia?

Yes, you have to, NZ PR are not allowed to visit or work in Australia without a visitor/work visa. Only NZ citizens are allowed.
