What is my restricted equivelant to? I've had it for one and a half years now

Just wondering what my restricted license (had it for 1.5 years) is equivalent to in Australia? I'm moving to the Gold Coast. Also if i manage to pass my full before I go does that just automatically transfer to an Australian full license?
