What are our rights when a family member is arrested in Australia?
Help please! I have a family member who been arrested for being involved in an incident in Austalia where the investigation is not yet complete. I have tried calling the Police Department in Australia to obtain information the whereabouts of my family member and information on what has happened and they will not give any information at all. What can I do?

All you can do is Hope & Say your prayers! Cause all that will happen is he will get rail roaded! As my son has! Good luck
