I am a citizen of Australia, i have a girl friend who is a US citizen, what does she need to do?
I know she will have to apply for Permanent Residency, and a work Visa, please tell me what more needs to be done.

If you have been together for more that 1 year, you can apply for a partnership visa. If you can prove it through joint bank accounts, bills with both of your names, photos of holidays you have been on, flight tickets with your names together etc etc, then it should be all good. It lasts for 5 years, but get her over on a working holiday visa first and go from there.
