Live in Australia
My best friend is on Home D in New Zealand and wants to move over to Australia. She's been to Australia, how would she do this?

she has to declare all convictions on her incoming passengers card and the decision will be at the border it will be decided to let her in to Australia or refused entry and turn her around.
