What does he need to do to enter Australia from NZ with criminal record?
My brother has a record from more than 10yrs ago for driving without a license which he served a few months in jail this happen about 3 or 4 times many years ago will this stop him entering Australia as he's leaving to work there

As a repeat offender (which might involve failing the character test) he may have to be considered under the last document I sent you. Therefore it is imperative that he keeps his nose clean (which I'm sure he has), and potentially approach an immigration lawyer for an opinion against the current legislation.
I've heard of worse cases getting into Australia so he may be ok.
