Can you access medications for a specific condition when moving to Australia?

I am thinking about moving to Australia. I have rheumatoid arthritis and take Enbrel (an injection that must be kept cold) every two weeks. Will I be able to get on a health care plan or something so I can continue taking my medicine while living there with out having to pay the full out of pocket cost?
