My daughter in law has a chronic illness, will medicare take care of her?

My son and daughter in law, along with their 15 month old daughter, are moving to Australia (Gold Coast) early next month. She has Chroinc Kidney disease and is needing a transplant. Will Medicare take care of her or will she be declinded?
