Can someone still enter Aust when they still owe money for a speeding fine?

My fiancé is a German Citizen and was in Australia two years ago (I am an Austalian citizen living in Germany) . He received a speeding infringement and it still hasn't paid it. Is there anyway that can restrict his entrance into Australia (on a tourist visa but with the possibility of in a few years a residency visa) and how can we find out how much he owes and where can we pay it?

I was on a student visa and returned to my country in 2009 to India. I have few infringements and a credit card outstanding amount. When I'm applying for a tourist visa, will there be a problem?

Hi,

I left Australia owing infringment notices 4 years ago and am wondering if I go back to visit will I be stopped at the airport?

Is there any way of finding out how much the outstanding amount is?
