Can I transfer a NZ learner licence for a Queensland learner licence?

I am moving to qld and have had a nz learner licence for a 18 months. Am I able to transfer it to a qld learner licence and do I still have to wait a year and do my 100 hours driving. I'm moving at the end of February and cannot sit my restricted as it is fully booked up until the end of March.
