Australian Permanent residency expired and now I want to go back to Australia? What should I do ?

I lived in Australia for 7 years and as soon as I got my permanent residency I moved back to my home country due to some personal reasons. My residency got expired last year and now I want to go back to Australia. What is the procedure to follow ?
