Can I still visit OZ for a holiday if my working holiday visa is declined due to criminal offence?
Basically my partner has applied for a working holiday visa and has declared he spent 5 months in prison almost 6 years ago, we wondered if that gets declined can he still visit the country just for a holiday rather then going to work?
