What is the blue card Australian employers request for some jobs?

blue card is either a construction site card which allows you to work on construction sites ,or blue card that allows you to work near children ,check out blue dog training

They have a new card now called the Whitecard, it is nationally recognised. I applied for a WA one, the training course is done online at www.whitecardonline.com.au at a cost of AUS $67 you must have a witness sign and photo ID check verified by a legal representative or a JP. Worked out easy scanning documents and emailing. Recieved new card in 5 working days. Several other sites offer the same course for different prices.

nhagar is right on this one! The blue card has been replaced by the white card in Australia now so that it is more uniformed across the country.
