How can my daughter go to Australia when she is the permanent resident and I am a citizen?

I'm a NZ citizen and my daughter just got residency as she was studying in India. She is 15 years old. We are planning to move to Australia and as a citizen we can get the work visa. My concern is for my daughter as how would she be able to come with us and her studies?
