Moving to Brisbane from South Africa on a NZ passport - can I buy a house? No mortgage needed
Can my family living in Brisbane buy a house in my name prior my move from South Africa to Brisbane? I am a NZ passport holder.

Yes, there is no problem with a NZ Citizen buying a house in Australia You can also receive the First Home Owners Grant if other criteria are met.
