Moving to Australia with a criminal conviction
Hi, my name is Andy and I'm from the UK and am interested in moving to Australia. As I have a conviction, I was wondering about any stipulations that could prevent me from moving there.
I would be more than grateful if you could help me out.
Thanks a lot.

Hi Andy,
If you have criminal convictions you may not be entitled to the special category visa for Kiwi's moving to Australia. Here is some information on what you need to do to move to Australia if you have a criminal history: http://www.australia.org.nz/wltn/VisaFAQ.html#criminal
