Kiwi / Pom Dual Citizen Business Relocation

This may be a bit of an unusual post (?) but here goes. We are a dual citizenship family all English but with NZ citizenship currently living and running a small high tech business in the UK. Looking at the possibility of transferring or opening a branch of our business in Australia.

I am keen to know if we can enter Australia on our New Zealand passports with the intention of doing this? Also does anyone know of any incentives that might be available for new or relocating businesses?

I don't know about any incentives offered by the government but as to whether you can start a business in Australia as a NZ citizen - yes, you can. We have done this, but we reside here in Australia as NZ citizens on SCVs.

If you intend to open an office without residing here 180 days or more each year, then you might want to get some advice about it (particularly around tax issues).
