How can I 'watch' a post so that I am notified when new comments are added?

You can follow a post so that when somebody comments, you will get a notification. To do this, just look for the star button associated with each post (shown in the screenshot below):

To follow a post, look for the star button underneath the post text. Click it to follow the post. Click it again to unfollow the post.

If you are the author/creator of a post, you are automatically following it and will be notified when there are new replies.
