Non-resident parent emigrating from the UK
If a non-resident parent is emmigrating from the uk, do the children of this person require a medical. If so, why?

Hi there, If the children are already living in Australia, they do not require a medical. It is only the parent migrating, their partner and any dependant children (whether they are intending to move to Australia or not) that require a health check: http://www.immi.gov.au/migrants/family/103/eligibility-applicant.htm
