We got our PR visa in Dec 2009. We also went to Australia in June 2010 to validate it.The visa is valid for 5 years, until 2014. If we go there in 2013, will it be possible to renew the PR, with just 2 years of stay in Australia???

Having been in Australia for at least 2 years is a consideration when the authorities decide whether or not to extend your visa.
