When applying for jobs in Australia, are employers more interested in written references or verbal references from previous employers in New Zealand?

Hi K&J,
Most Australian employers have no problem with calling New Zealand employers for verbal references and that's what most Kiwis tend to do.
If you have written references there is no reason why you can't include those with your application as well though.
