What will be the condition of my permanent resident visa if I applied before the changes to the skilled migrants list?
I have applied to be a motor mechanic on June 1st week 2009 but found the IELTS score changed on July 1st 2009. Will this affect my process? Please answer.

I would suggest checking the status of your visa application online or giving immigration a call to see what the situation is. http://www.immi.gov.au/contacts/visa-enquiries/professionals.htm
If you applied before the changes you might be okay.
