Can i move to aussie with a minor theft conviction and 1 drink driving charge?
theft charge was about 5 years ago for stealing 1 bottle of durex lube
and drink driving charge was 10 years agoRing the Immigration office in Oz and question them there. You shouldn't have a problem as they seem minor. If you do intend to fly you will be given a paper on the plane to fill out. It will have a question regarding criminal history. Tick "Yes". They will ask you about it through customs and you can explain there but if you are found lying about this answer they will fail you on the "character test" which they now also apply. You will be deported as now some things have changed and Kiwi's are being deported back home for lying about there convictions.
