It's been over two Year's now since I was released From Prison First time In last time there?
I was charged with arson as well as assault with a weapon will being good for that long make a difference

Sorry, but there is a strong possibility you will not be allowed in the country. Your convictions are deemed a high probable cause to re-offend. Unfortunately, you have convictions that are highly frowned upon in Oz. (Black Saturday-2009?) It would be best to ring the Immigration office in Australia and question them on your circumstances. This will save you money and heartache of the possibility that you might be deported home. For whatever reasons you committed these crimes, you were tried and judged in the court of law and sadly these will hinder you in most things that you will try and achieve.
