Where could I find my NZQA qualifications that may be equivalent to Australia?
Or what would I need to do?

what do you mean? NZQA qualifications are recognised in Aus - just take a copy of your NZQA academic transcript results (first copy is free from NZQA, after that you have to pay NZ$15 per copy - they print off the official transcript and post to you - you can't just print off one, as it's not the official one) to your study provider (TAFE etc) and you may be able to apply for academic transfer if you can.

I have a nzqa level 3 in health and disability. Is it recognised in Western Australia? If not what do I have to do?
