I'm a UK citizen and 3 years permanent NZ resident. I am married to a Kiwi girl. I have a great job offer with my Aussie-owned company, what is the best and easiest way to obtain a visa?

The easiest option would probably be the family relationship visa, which is for close family members of New Zealand citizens: http://www.immi.gov.au/migrants/family/461/ This visa allows you to live and work in Australia for 5 years and can be renewed I believe. The other options would be to get your employer to sponsor you or look at a skilled migrant visa. http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/skilled-workers/

Hope that helps, Grace

I've just gone through this and yes, the 461 is the best option. It was actually really easy. Apparently very few people know about it, including the lady who took my application! Just make sure you have a UK police clearance and a notice from NZ Ministry of Justice for your time in NZ. All a lot easier than my NZ residency was !
