Hi, we're wanting to work in Australia but I have a criminal record from 20 years ago for possession of cannabis.
Will this affect me applying for a work visa or a permanent residence visa? I'm a NZ citizen.

contact the Australian embassy in NZ. It is a case-by-case situation.

Hi my hubby had a drug conviction, almost 30 years back, a fine no imprisonment, and clean record since, we wish to visit with the kids for 2 weeks, anyone with a similar situation? do you think it will be a problem when we declare it, nz residents with nz passport, thanks
