Can my parents get residency if I'm a New Zealand citizen and have been living in Australia for the last 6 months?
When can I sponsor my sister for residency if I'm a NZ citizen and living in Australia for the last 6 months?

Your parenets can get a temporarily residency NOT permanent. You can apply use the NZ family member category. The visa can be issued for as long as 5 years. Your parents can work but are not entitled to any benefits including Medicare. In addition, they must have private medical insurance which costs about $1000 a year in order to get this visa.
