Did anyone find out anything about bringing firearms to Queensland?

My advice call customs Australia. You will not be allowed to carry it on your person or in your luggage. It will have to be sent via mail, most likely with a customs note stating that a firearm is in the parcel.
You may have to prove you have a firearms licence. Do not send bullets with the item. Definitely call customs to get the best advice.
