Benefit fraud charges

I was charged in December 2017 with 7 counts of benefit fraud. I have never had any conviction before this. I am a mother of three aged 28. What are the chances of me getting in? All my family is in Australia and I need to get the hell out of nz. I'm a new born chick and lived in aussie for a year in 2012 without any issues
