Is it possible to move to Australia if you have a criminal record, but haven't been to jail?
A friend of mine has a criminal record. Hasnt been in prison but has done 24hour curfew,7am to 7pm curfew and has done 10months on home detention. My friend and his family are wanting to move to Australia in September. PLEASE HELP.

Hi, I am in the exact same situation as your friend. Did they manage to move over to OZ?.
