NZ citizen working in Oz wants to take out Permanent residency. What visa?

I have joined my fiance in Australia and now am wanting to apply for Permanent residency but am not too sure which visa to apply. I did see the Partner (Provisional) (subclass 309) and Partner visa(sub class100) but this states you have to apply before entering Australia- please can someone point me in the right direction. Thanks so much
