Do I have to sit an English Competency test for permanent residency if I graduated year 12 in Australia?

I graduated year 12 and completed a Bachelor of Nursing in Australia and want to apply for a Skilled Independent Subclass 189 Permanent Visa. To gain enough points on the online Expression of Interest for permanent residency application I have to provide proof of English competency but the is no option given to say I completed the abovementioned school . Do I have to sit an English Competency Test?
